Hi there! Are you interested in having a fantastically delightful Unitarian Universalist young adult house guest over the Victoria Day weekend? We’re hoping to get another great turnout this year of young adults engaged in the future of UUism in Canada at the CUC Symposium, and to do that we’ll need your help.
Sometimes economic realities are a barrier to young adults’ full participation in denominational events, especially those held in hotels or far from home. Sometimes they’d rather choose billeting out of a desire to meet more interesting, engaged and supportive UUs across the country, weaving the fabric of our faith more broadly in their own lives. Either way, with a warm bed/couch, a bowl of oats and directions to the ideal bus route, you can help to ensure that young adults from across Canada are well-represented at the CUC Symposium.
We’re confident in promising that if you volunteer to host a UU young adult you’ll get scintillating conversation, an appreciative guest, and surely some form of gold star from whatever moral reward system you find meaningful. Complete the form below to volunteer as a host and we’ll be in touch. And thanks!

Oh, hello! Are you a young adult attending the symposium? Would you like to stay with a UU individual or family rather than in the hotel? Well, you’ve come to the right place! We’re in the process of identifying and recruiting the most wonderfully generous UU folks in Ottawa and encouraging them to open their homes to a UU young adult for the weekend of the symposium. Complete the form below and we’ll try to match you up and put you in contact with your billet as soon as possible.
